01What the service is
ArenaR is a skill game about reading price charts. You mark zones on historical market charts, and the hidden part of the chart then shows how price reacted. You can play on your own (Solo) or against another player (Battle).
All charts are historical. Nothing on ArenaR is investment, financial or trading advice, and results in the game say nothing about results in real markets.
02Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed by your local law to take part in online skill games.
One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
03Your account
Keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can sign out of every device and delete your account at any time in your profile.
Your nickname must not impersonate anyone, be offensive, or contain links or contact details.
04Coins
Coins are a game currency. New accounts receive 1,000 coins. Coins have no cash value: they cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or anything of value, or transferred between accounts, and they are not your property.
We may adjust balances to correct errors, reverse coins gained through a bug or a breach of these terms, and change how coins work. If coins are ever given a real-money use, that will only happen under new terms that you will be asked to accept first.
05Battles, fees and prizes
In a battle both players stake the same number of coins. The winner receives the pot minus a 10% platform fee; a draw returns both stakes. How rounds and battles are decided is described in the game rules, which form part of these terms.
If you leave a battle, the clock keeps running and unplayed rounds count as rounds without a zone. Results are final once a battle is settled, except where we correct an error or a breach of these terms.
The referral programme pays the inviting player a share of the fees paid by the players they invited, in coins. Seasons and their prizes, when they run, follow the rules published on the season page.
06Fair play and prohibited conduct
You may not: use more than one account; agree results with another player or pass coins between accounts; use scripts, automation or tools that play for you or read hidden data; exploit bugs; or interfere with the service or other players. The full rules are in the Fair Play Policy.
We monitor play to protect fairness and may suspend or close accounts, cancel results and remove coins when we find a breach.
07Our content
The website, games, design and texts belong to ArenaR or its licensors. Market data is used for the game only. You may not copy, scrape or resell any part of the service.
08Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is and may change, be interrupted or end. We may update games, rules and these terms; if a change matters we will show it on the site, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
09Liability
To the extent the law allows, ArenaR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost coins, or for decisions you make outside the game based on anything you saw in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
10Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. When an account is closed its coins are removed.
